STOP TRYING TO MAKE ADS AND START TREATING PEOPLE LIKE PEOPLE

I get brands out of the skip zone and into people's lives. And the only way to do that is to create real value for people. My superpower is simple – making brands human. I also take pride in nurturing talents, fostering culture, and solving problems through a strategic and business approach.

But what I relish most is the ability to make change matter. Building better brands to ultimately empower the end consumer. This is the good we can do. In fact, this is the good we must do. Businesses can no longer thrive without delivering products and services that help improve lives and our future. And as we continue to witness the exponential growth in technology, the only experience that matters to people remains intrinsically human. It takes creativity to bridge that gap.

For LEGO, we’ve reminded parents that the greatest gift is time. For Philips Hue, we’ve demonstrated what light can do by creating the world’s first play directed by light. And for Dove shampoo, we turned the real problem of thin hair into a real reward with the world’s first barcode activated by hair.

At work, I foster positive culture by helping the team identify their ‘why’ which drives purposeful performance, and set afterwork-play in motion (climbing, badminton, etc) which helps the entire agency pour our supercharged energy back into the work we do.
